A POD will be a consistent group of participants led by the same staff members for the duration of their workout. 

All POD Participants will follow the youth sports guidelines issued by the LA County Department of Health.

PODs can be Co-ed. 

PODs will focus on the fundamental skills of baseball or softball in addition to conditioning.

POD leaders (coach) must be approved prior to establishing a POD. The POD leader will be required to go through a background check, concussion training and child abuse training. 

Once a POD leader has been certified by LVLL they can form their POD based on the age group that suits their coaching skills the best. 

A POD can be formed with multiple ages at the discretion of the POD Leader.  All participants of the POD must be approved by LVLL. 

Cost: $50/player

Duration- 1hr 30min workouts 

Estimated Start Date- Week of Feb 8th at the earliest 

Estimated End Date- Saturday April 10**

** If we are unable to return to gameplay based off the county restrictions we will continue the PODs until May.
